Nature of Our Products
US Prop Fufilment products are imitation currency intended for visual and creative applications. They are not issued by the United States government or any financial institution, have no monetary value, and cannot lawfully be used as payment or represented as genuine currency.
Product designs, wording, dimensions, materials, markings, and other distinguishing features vary by item. Do not assume that one product is appropriate for every scene, venue, jurisdiction, or type of use. Review the specific listing and product images before ordering.
Intended Lawful Uses
Our products are intended only for lawful uses such as film, television, theater, photography, music videos, advertising, training, controlled displays, events, and other approved creative projects.
Use should remain within a controlled context. Production personnel should know that the items are props, access should be limited to authorized people, and venue, client, insurer, studio, and governmental requirements must be followed.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use, direct another person to use, or permit these products to be used for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose. Prohibited conduct includes:

Purchasing goods or services, settling a debt, tipping, wagering, or making any form of payment.

Depositing or inserting an item into a bank, ATM, vending machine, cash counter, payment system, or financial institution.

Giving or displaying an item in circumstances that could reasonably cause someone to believe it is genuine currency.

Removing, hiding, altering, or defeating wording, artwork, dimensions, or other features intended to distinguish the product from genuine currency.

Combining the product with genuine currency or packaging it in a way intended to deceive, defraud, or conceal its nature.

Scanning, copying, reproducing, manufacturing, or reselling the product except with written authorization and as permitted by applicable law.

Using the product in connection with counterfeiting, theft, fraud, money laundering, financial deception, or any other unlawful activity.

Transporting or displaying the product carelessly in public where it may be mistaken for, or enter circulation as, genuine currency.
Control, Transport & Disposal
Keep an accurate inventory before and after use. Store and transport products in a closed, clearly labeled container, and avoid unnecessary public display outside the controlled production or event environment.
Limit handling to authorized personnel. If products are lost, stolen, or suspected of misuse, contact appropriate law enforcement and notify US Prop Fufilment at customershop.support@gmail.com. When products are no longer needed, securely destroy them so they cannot be mistaken for or misused as genuine currency, or contact us for handling guidance.
Designed to Be Distinguishable
Depending on the product, distinguishing features may include modified portraits, artwork, seals, borders, dates, signatures, wording, commercial paper or ink, omitted or altered security features, and statements such as “motion picture purposes” or “not legal tender.” Exact features vary.
Always review the current listing and product photographs for the exact item you intend to purchase. Descriptions such as “full print” or the presence of a prop-use marking do not, by themselves, establish legal compliance.
Customer Responsibility
The purchaser, recipient, possessor, and user are responsible for ensuring lawful ordering, possession, transport, storage, display, distribution, handling, and disposal. This includes compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and foreign laws, regulations, permits, production rules, and venue requirements.
If you are uncertain whether a proposed use is permitted, do not proceed until you have obtained advice from qualified legal counsel or the appropriate governmental authority. Laws and interpretations may change and may differ by location.
Nothing in this notice eliminates legal obligations US Prop Fufilment has as the seller or transfers those obligations to customers.
Orders, Refusal & Suspected Misuse
US Prop Fufilment may request information about an order or intended use, limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or decline service when we believe additional review is appropriate, subject to applicable law. We may report suspected fraud, counterfeiting, or other unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, US Prop Fufilment is not responsible for unauthorized, unlawful, negligent, altered, or misleading use of a product after purchase or delivery. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
