US Prop Fufilment offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

US Prop Fufilment is the store name. The listed contact address is a mailing address, not an advertised pickup or returns location. Do not send returns without authorization.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

2. Authorized and Lawful Use of Imitation Currency

US Prop Fufilment sells physical theatrical prop-money products, including full-print products where identified on the product page. These are imitation currency intended exclusively for film, television, photography, and other lawful production, entertainment, novelty, or display purposes. Our prop-money products may resemble real currency on camera or from a distance but are not genuine currency or legal tender. Product appearance and markings are described on the applicable product page. A descriptive label such as “full print,” or a “For Motion Picture Purposes” or similar marking, does not by itself establish compliance with currency-reproduction laws.

By purchasing and/or accepting delivery of any product sold by US Prop Fufilment, you agree that such products will be used solely for lawful production or display purposes. Attempting to use imitation currency as real money, or representing it as legal tender in any transaction, is illegal and may constitute counterfeiting or fraud under federal and state law. Violations may result in criminal prosecution, fines, and imprisonment.

US Prop Fufilment does not condone or authorize any unlawful use, misuse, alteration, misrepresentation, or criminal activity involving its products after purchase. Customers are responsible for the lawful use, storage, transport, and disposal of products after purchase. You must not remove or conceal identifying prop markings or alter products to facilitate deception or unlawful use. Nothing in these Terms transfers or eliminates legal obligations we have as the seller, or guarantees that a particular design or intended use complies with applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and/or decline sale at our sole discretion. Any inquiries implying illegal intent may be refused and reported. Certain products may require authorized-use verification before purchase or fulfillment. Where verification is required, you agree to provide accurate information and any requested documentation.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason, subject to applicable law and existing refund obligations.

Information may be processed by commerce, payment, delivery, and other service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send complete payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information to our support email.

7. Custom Designs and Customer-Provided Artwork

If custom designs are offered and you submit artwork, logos, text, images, or other materials, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize US Prop Fufilment to reproduce those materials. You are solely responsible for ensuring that customer-provided content does not infringe any intellectual-property or other rights.

Custom orders may require proof approval before production. Once a proof is approved, or once production begins on a custom order, changes may not be available and the order may be subject to the final-sale rules described on our Return and Refund Policy page.

8. Billing and Account Information; Order Cancellation or Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders using the same customer account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address.

If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

9. Shipping, Processing, Returns, and Claims

Pickup or optional package coverage is available only if expressly offered at checkout. Choosing not to buy optional coverage does not waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

A carrier tracking event or lack of optional coverage does not conclusively eliminate a valid claim. 24. Dispute Resolution for Messaging Terms—Separate Acceptance Required

The arbitration provisions in this section apply only if an SMS program is offered and these messaging arbitration terms are separately and affirmatively accepted with appropriate notice. They do not automatically apply to general website use or product purchases. Any arbitration agreement is subject to applicable law and non-waivable rights.

In the interest of resolving disputes between you and US Prop Fufilment in the most expedient and cost-effective manner, you and US Prop Fufilment agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these messaging terms or your receipt of text messages will be resolved by binding arbitration.

Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit in court and uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury. By agreeing to these messaging terms, you and US Prop Fufilment are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

Nothing in these Messaging Terms prevents either party from bringing an individual action in small claims court, pursuing an available enforcement action through a government agency, seeking injunctive relief in aid of arbitration, or filing suit for intellectual property infringement.

Any arbitration between you and US Prop Fufilment shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, including Consumer Arbitration Rules where applicable. Hearing location, fees, and available consumer protections must conform to applicable law and those rules.

The notice must describe the nature and basis of the claim and set forth the specific relief sought. The parties will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute directly before arbitration begins.

You and US Prop Fufilment agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, representative, or consolidated proceeding.

If any provision of the Messaging Terms is found unenforceable, the applicable provision shall be deemed stricken and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
